In Hex Effects you step into the shoes of a beginner alchemist who accidentally calls down the wildest curses on themselves. Now you need to cure yourself as fast as you can, before your opponents bury you under even more spells. You look for the right remedies, but watch out: every cure has a side effect that others can use against you. You learn the rules in no time. You draw two cards, play up to two, and then it is the next player's turn. Even so, plenty happens at the table, because everyone is trying to trip the others up.
