Harrow County

Somewhere beneath an old tree, Hester lies buried. She was hanged, burned and hidden away, but her story is far from over. Years later, her family returns to Harrow County to destroy the region. And then there is Emmy, eighteen years old, with powers she barely understands herself. She stands between the darkness and the people she wants to protect. In Harrow County you choose a side and everyone plays with different goals. Are you one of the Protectors who want to save the villagers? Or do you belong to the family that wants to destroy everything? There is even a third faction, led by Kammi, Emmy's twin sister, who suddenly appears and wants to rule over Harrow County. Using mason jars, you move your haints, undead creatures, across the hex-grid board. You resolve battles with a special cube tower built into the box itself. And then there is Hester herself. As the fourth player, she controls the roots of the tree and can infect haints standing on her roots. If she comes back to life, she has to devour the others to regain her full power. This is an atmospheric game full of tension, in which everyone fights for their own reasons and nobody knows exactly how it will end.
