Gulo Gulo

In Gulo Gulo everyone slips into the fur of a wolverine. Somewhere up ahead a little wolverine cub is stuck with the swamp vulture, and that little one waits very patiently for you to come and rescue it. But those big wolverines are easily distracted by all those colourful eggs in the bowl. And that is exactly where the tension lies. The wooden bowl is filled with brightly coloured eggs in all sorts of sizes, with a thin stick standing upright in the middle and one more egg balanced on top. On your turn you take an egg of a certain colour and then move one step along the path. Sounds simple, until you notice how wobbly everything is. Drop an egg out of the bowl or knock the stick over, and your wolverine moves back a bit. Sometimes all the way to the start. The lovely thing is that steady hands win here, not big brains. That makes this a game where young children can easily be quicker than adults. A round is over in no time and the tension at the table is there every single time. A true classic to pick up together again and again.
