Free Ride USA

Travel back to the 1950s, when America was busy modernising its railways. New diesel locomotives carried people to the big cities, where beautiful old and new buildings awaited them. In Free Ride USA you take charge of rebuilding the rail lines and bring travellers to their destinations. Travel on your own lines and on the state railways is free. Do you want to use the lines of your fellow players? Then you first pay them to convert those lines into state railways. You choose your travel routes from a row of face-up city cards and earn extra coins with the long connections between east and west. The more different cities you visit, the more points you score. A lovely game for discovering the map of America together at the table, with fresh choices and exciting routes every time. And if you prefer to play alone? Then a tough solo challenge is waiting for you.
