Flapjacks & Sasquatches

Put on your warm coat and step into the far north, where tough lumberjacks battle for the finest trees with axe and nerve. In Flapjacks & Sasquatches you are one of those lumberjacks, and you want to chop down the tree in front of you as fast as you can. But watch out: a tasty stack of flapjacks gives you a boost, while a painful blister works against you. And then there is that scary Sasquatch lurking everywhere. The game is nice and simple. In front of you lies a tree card with a chopping value and a number of points. With your axe cards you roll the dice and try to match or beat that chopping value. Did you manage it? Then you haul in the tree and take the points. Flapjack cards push your roll higher, while blister cards drag it down. All that mischief keeps everyone wonderfully sharp. With room for two to eight players, this is a great pick for large groups. In about twenty minutes you are all sitting around the table full of excitement, and with an age of eight and up everyone can easily join in. A game all about laughing, teasing and enjoying yourselves together.
