Sydney in the 1920s. Behind the respectable facades, a world of illegal booze, theft and razor gangs is thriving. Two rival crime queens rule the streets, and you are the police who want to put a stop to it. The cells are full of suspects, but without evidence they all walk straight back out the door. Working together is the only way to keep them behind bars. In Fallen Angels, it is all about looking closely and thinking sharply. Each card shows two evidence symbols on one side, but only one of them on the back. You hold your cards so that you see one side while the others see the other side. On your turn you pick a card and use the clues from your fellow players to guess what is on the back. Guess right and the case is closed. Guess wrong and the suspect happily walks free. A special detail: the cards show real police photos of suspects who were arrested in Sydney in the 1920s. Together you have to convict ten criminals without letting too many escape. A game full of tension, discussion and that wonderful feeling when the puzzle finally fits.
