El Mortal

In El Mortal, everything revolves around one thing: dodging death. Hidden among the cards are 'death' cards, and of course you do not want those ending up in your pile. With a bit of luck and plenty of nerve, you try to push the nasty cards on to your opponents. Whoever has collected the fewest deaths at the end is the winner. The game is fast, funny and delightfully mean. A game is over in about twenty minutes, so you can easily play a few rounds in a row. Exactly the kind of game where the cheering and jeering never stops, because nobody escapes their fate that easily. With two to six players and from ten years and up, El Mortal fits most evenings. Handy for in between, fun at the table and always good for a laugh and a healthy dose of tension.
