Ecosystem

In Ecosystem you build up your own nature reserve bit by bit. Each turn you pick a card and add it to the rest. Slowly a world grows full of bears, trout, streams, bees and dragonflies. At the end of the game you have twenty cards in front of you, and together they tell the story of your nature area. The fun is in how everything connects. A bear feels at home next to bees and trout. A trout likes to live near a stream and a dragonfly. And whoever manages to lay the longest stream gets extra points for it at the end. Every card you place changes the picture. So think carefully about where you put something and make sure you have enough variety. In about twenty minutes you play a short, relaxed round in which everyone is busy at the same time. Great for an evening with two players, but just as much fun with a bigger group of up to six people. A game that looks calm, but still gives you a nice puzzle to solve.
