echoes: The Microchip

Picture this: a distant future in which the world lies in ruins. In the silence you hear echoes of the past, and those sounds hide a sad story about the downfall of humankind. In echoes: The Microchip you search for the truth together, with nothing but your ears and your curiosity as tools. This is a co-operative game in which you listen to mysterious sounds and voices through the free app. Every object on the table, a game board or a card, belongs to an echo of its own. Your task is to put the 24 parts of the story in the right order. You scan an object with the app, hear the matching echo and pick up clues from conversations and background noises. Is your order not right yet? Then the app tells you which card is in the wrong place. If everything is correct, you get to listen to the whole chapter in one go, and you will definitely want to, because that reveals new hints. The story has six chapters, each with its own game board. The objects themselves sometimes give something away too, so pay close attention to every detail. Listening together, puzzling together and sharing that one moment when everything falls into place. That is what this game is all about.
