Dungeon Petz

Picture this: you are the head of a family of imps that has just started its own business. You breed and sell little monsters. Sounds relaxed, right? Except that your customers are dungeon lords. They don't want a sweet pet, but an angry, magical beast that demands attention all day long. And of course your little creature falls ill or lets out a huge fart just as a buyer drops by. In Dungeon Petz every monster grows from a tiny cub into a terrifying beast. Along the way you have to provide food, play, a clean cage and sometimes a doctor. You gather your imps into groups and send them out. Whoever makes a bigger group gets to choose earlier, but has fewer hands left for the real work. That turns every round into an exciting puzzle full of tough choices. Raised your beast well? Then you can sell it or enter it in a contest, where you score extra points. Dungeon Petz is a game you play together at the table, with plenty of laughs about those stubborn monsters. For two to four players, ages thirteen and up, and ready for about an hour and a half of fun.
