Deck the Halls

It is 23 December, four o'clock in the afternoon, and the house is not ready for Christmas at all! Together with your friends or family you set to work to decorate all ten spots in and around the house. The lights outside are not up yet, the tree is still bare, and the clock keeps ticking. Can you get everything finished in time, before the clock strikes midnight on Christmas Day? In Deck the Halls you play as a team against the game itself. You all win together or you all lose together. Each player picks one of the six characters and rolls five dice on their turn. That is how you collect decorations and cards. After that you take up to four actions, whether that is the same one repeated or a mix of different ones. At the end of your turn the clock moves one space further. Choose your actions with care, because time flies and you do not have unlimited supplies. Along the way all sorts of distractions come up that get in the way of the job. But do not worry: Christmas is a celebration, and there is plenty of good cheer to keep everyone motivated. The magic of Christmas is in your hands. Can you get the house ready for Christmas in time?
