The medium campaign has eight scenarios that each bring five expansions together. And for the true fanatics there is the expert campaign: five scenarios with eight to nine expansions at once, wrapped in a story by Nathan Morse. You play solo or with up to four players, and every game takes its time. Just right for an evening of getting to work together and watching your clinic grow bigger and busier.
