City Council

Welcome to the first stone of a brand new city! In City Council you all step into the role of administrators who decide everything. Where do the houses go? How do the roads run? And which council members will you get on your side? Bit by bit you see a real community grow on the table. This game is about thinking ahead and cleverly responding to the plans of your fellow players. You shift zoning plans, arrange public transport and try to win over the right council members. Whoever manages that best may call themselves the proud builder of the city. City Council is played with three or four people and takes about an hour and a half. The game uses a piecepack and some pennies, paper and a pencil to keep score. An evening full of discussion, making choices and bringing a city to life together.
