Extra, extra! You are a reporter at Channel WON and your big break is within reach. The station is looking for a new face behind the news desk and you are one of the final candidates. To see who is the best, all reporters get one day for an exciting contest. Who delivers the strongest stories and earns the coveted spot as host of the evening news? Channel WON is a semi-cooperative card game played over three rounds: the morning, evening and night news. In each round you collect cards to respond to the tips revealed by the editor-in-chief. You need to work together to visit locations and add sources to every story. But watch out: as soon as a story is ready for editing, only the players who helped get the credit. Build your own reputation while you trip up your rivals. Be careful, because the station is under pressure. If a tip is left untouched or a story does not add up, the ratings drop. Fall below one star and Channel WON suddenly becomes Channel None, and you all lose. Collect the most points after three rounds and you can call yourself the new host. Do whatever it takes to get everything out into the world on time!
