Boonanza

This is the Dutch-language edition. In this chatty card game, players trade their beans and grow them on their fields. Who can wheedle the best beans out of the other players and earn the most money?

Each player gets 5 bean cards and must keep them in order in their hand. Each player also has two bean fields. On each field you may grow one type of bean. On your turn, you must plant the first card from your hand and you may plant the second one. After that you turn over two new bean cards, which you may keep or trade.

You may also trade cards from your hand. That can be useful, because a bean field is worth more when it holds more cards of the same type. And if you have to plant a type that is not on the table, you must sell another field. That can come far too soon... Once per game, however, you may choose to buy an extra bean field for three thalers.

The game ends when the deck of bean cards has been played through three times. Whoever has the most money then wins.
