Place Tetris-like pieces and block your opponents on the board. This is the Dutch-language edition.
Blokus is an abstract strategy game for 2 to 4 players. Each player tries to place as many of their 21 coloured pieces on the board as possible. The pieces come in different shapes, much like Tetris.
The challenge is in how you place them: your own pieces may only touch each other at the corners. At the same time you try to block the other players so they have less room left. Good planning and clever building increase your chance of winning.
Players take turns placing one piece on the board. The goal is to get rid of as many of your own pieces as you can. When nobody can place a piece any more, the game ends. The player with the fewest squares left over wins.
