Ardillas del Bosque

Deep in the forest, the squirrels are getting ready for winter. In Ardillas del Bosque you slip into the fur of one of those squirrels. First you hide your fruit among the trees, along with a few sneaky traps. Then comes the exciting part: you go and find it all again, while trying to grab your neighbours' fruit along the way. The board adapts to the number of players, so whether you play with two or with a full table, it always fits. All kinds of animals appear on the board too. On one side you find the day animals, on the other side the night animals. Sometimes they lend you a hand, but they can just as easily upset your plans. The game is all about remembering where everything is and gathering the best combination of fruit. With a playing time of about half an hour, this is a lovely game to enjoy together at the table. Children aged 6 and up can join in easily, so young and old happily rummage through each other's supplies. At the end, the player with the best collection of fruit wins, but the real fun is in the searching, peeking and giggling along the way.
