Anti-Monopoly

In Anti-Monopoly you completely flip the well-known board game around. Instead of grabbing as much property as you can, you take on the big companies that own everything. You and your fellow players step into the role of lawyers who want to break the power of the monopolies. Who dares to take on the biggest one? On the board you will find three kinds of company combinations: small, medium and large. You can recognise each combination by the circles where you can place a charge. With a token in your colour you claim such a spot. Once all the circles of a combination are covered, that company's position of power is a thing of the past. For your tokens you turn to the budget commissioner, who lends you money and gives you a card as proof of debt. The game ends as soon as someone runs out of money. Whoever has collected the most points at that moment may call themselves the best trust buster. There are also extra rules for a shorter game and for a variant in which you trade with each other. That way every evening at the table is different again.
