Animalia

You want to claim the title of Best Breeder. Over three seasons you try to collect as many medals as you can with your animals. But watch out: your opponents want exactly the same thing. They will not hesitate to use the special powers of their animals and upset your plans. So stay sharp and keep a close eye not only on your own animals, but also on those of the others. In Animalia you are an animal breeder collecting the finest show animals. Each season consists of three phases. First you take turns choosing five animals for your collection. Then you compare the elegance of your animals by counting the stars at the top of the cards. The two finest collections get a bonus. At the end of each season you hand out medals: for several animals from the same family, or for five different animals. This is a light card game you can set up in no time. Adults and children play together on equal footing, because drawing cards gives everyone a chance to win. Perfect for a fun game with the whole family, finished in twenty minutes. Whoever has the most medals after three seasons may call themselves the winner.
