Alpujarras

On the sunny slopes of the Alpujarra your life as a fruit farmer begins. Long ago, hard workers brought water to these dry mountains. They built terraces and dug small channels, turning the bare landscape into fertile ground. Now it is up to you to make that ground bloom and to bring your harvest to the villages in the hills. In Alpujarras you move your mule along an action track that runs around the game board. Whoever is furthest behind takes a turn and moves their mule to a spot to take an action. You place a farmer, move a farmer or extend your water channel. That way you grow fruit, which you then bring to the villages to sell for dinars. Life here is not easy, but that is exactly what makes every successful harvest so rewarding. You play with one to four players, and thanks to the solo mode you can head into the hills on your own too. Expect about an hour in which you see who gets the most out of this beautiful land.
