Allegory

An allegory tells a fine story, with a hidden lesson underneath. In Allegory you step into the shoes of a celebrated writer working on a triptych: Nature, Energy and Spirit. Each story gets its own themes, and you decide how they come together to form a bigger whole. You use your tokens to bid for theme cards. Those cards are what you build your stories with. At the end, only your most concise story counts for points, so short and powerful pays off. Collect sets of themes across your whole triptych and weave your own moral into every story. That is how you gather extra points. The writer with the most points has written a classic and mastered the art of the allegory. A game for two to six players that asks you to think ahead, make choices and be just a little sharper than the others at the table.
