7 Wonders Duel is set in three eras. In each era, you can make scientific developments, strengthen your army and win coins to create a civilization and perform miracles. Your critical brain will be constantly tested as you go for victory in one of the three ways...
Winning - military, science or civilian?
If you reach your opponent's capital with military might, you immediately win the game! You can also go for the scientific victory. Then collect 6 green cards with different symbols and you are the winner. If no one manages to win as Military or Scientist, then the player who has the most points at the end of the third Era wins.
Playing 7 Wonders Duel
To start the game, you and your opponent choose a set of Wonder cards, these give insight into what objective your opponent must achieve during the game. Now you build the era with the era cards. You do this by placing a row of cards face down, followed by a row of face-up cards. Then it's time to test your strategy skills!
Your turn
In turns, you choose an action and each action costs one card in the era. By taking away a card, you open the way for your opponent to new cards. Perhaps you use a Military card to move a pawn closer and closer to your opponent. Or do you save your Production and Economy cards so you can use them later to build Wonders or Buildings?
Imbued with strategy
Your critical brain will be constantly tested as you go for victory in one of three ways ... you must anticipate what your opponent is playing and steal away cards at the right time.
Because the number of moves in an era is equal to the number of cards lying face-up, you can calculate when it's your turn and what might work out well for you.
