Age of Innovation is a stand-alone sequel to the successful board game Terra Mystica. Where Terra Mystica is a household name in the gaming world, this game builds on that success.

About the game

Different peoples, each with their unique skills, populate this world in different terrains. Here you battle to build buildings and assemble them into cities. In each game you can create new combinations of peoples and home territories, so no game is the same.

You control 1 of these peoples and transform areas of the game board into your own home territory. Proximity to other peoples can limit your outbreaks, but it can also give you great advantages. This exciting element already scored well in Terra Mystica and is therefore unabated in Age of Innovation.

Building, building, building...

Value buildings and receive valuable resources such as tools, students, coins and power. Build schools to advance in different fields and collect books that you can use to develop innovations.

Build your palace to receive a powerful new skill or build workshops, trading houses and universities to further develop your culture. You have a lot to build in Age of Innovation, but of course you are always short on resources.
